Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest. Just enter your name and an email or WhatsApp number so our team can reach you.

Can I pay a deposit first?

Yes. Choose the 50% deposit option at checkout. The remaining 50% is invoiced at handover, before go-live.

What if my needs differ slightly from the package?

Packages are a starting point. We fine-tune details at kickoff. Significant scope additions are priced transparently and only started after your approval.

Do I get the source code?

Yes. All source code, design assets, and documentation are handed over to you after full payment.

What about servers, domains, or AI API costs?

Third-party costs such as cloud, domains, WhatsApp API, and LLM tokens are paid at actual usage. We help you choose the most efficient option.

What is the refund policy?

Cancel before kickoff for a full refund. After kickoff, refunds are proportional to completed milestones. See the Refund Policy for details.

Do you issue invoices?

Every transaction comes with an official invoice from PT Artifisial Medika Digital. Contact us for your company’s tax documentation needs.
