Refund Policy

1. Before kickoff

Cancellations before the kickoff session receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

2. After kickoff

Refunds are proportional to the milestones not yet delivered. Completed work is still handed over to the Client.

3. Process

Request a refund at [email protected] with your order number. Funds are returned to the Client’s bank account within 14 business days of approval.

4. Exclusions

Third-party costs already paid on the Client’s behalf (domains, licenses, store fees) are non-refundable.
