Terms & Conditions

1. Parties

Services on shop.artmed.ai.id are provided by PT Artifisial Medika Digital ("ARTMED"). By placing an order, you ("Client") agree to these terms.

2. Scope

Each package’s scope follows the product page description at the time of order. Technical details are finalized in a specification document at kickoff and approved by both parties.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah. Payment may be made in full or as a 50% deposit; the balance is due at handover before go-live. Third-party costs (servers, domains, licenses, APIs) are excluded unless stated.

4. Timeline

Timelines start at kickoff and upon receipt of Client materials. Delayed materials or approvals from the Client may shift the schedule.

5. Change requests

Requests outside package scope are estimated and only started after written Client approval.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, rights to source code and assets created specifically for the Client transfer to the Client. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses.

7. Warranty

ARTMED fixes bugs found during the warranty period at no cost. The warranty excludes feature changes, modifications by others, and third-party service outages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties keep each other’s business information confidential. A separate NDA can be signed on request.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved amicably, or failing that, in the competent courts.
